For ten years I made other people's brands sound better than they were. Construction. Finance. Food. Tech. What I really learned was how hollow good marketing can feel when the brand underneath does not believe its own story. Madhaus is the answer I have been quietly writing the whole time.

I was the kid who rearranged the living room until the light hit right. The part of the job I love most is romanticizing what other people skip over. The line said off the record. The small thing a brand does every day that nobody thought was worth talking about. That is where the love letter lives.
